Dr. Maria Soetopo, S.H., B.Sc., M.B.A
Maria is the President Commissioner for PT Sindo Saripati Samudra and seconds as the SINDO Corporate Group’s Senior Advisor for corporate investments, responsible for general oversight over the financial due diligence process of both debt and equity based corporate investments undertaken by the SINDO Group. Maria has previously worked as a Relationship Manager at the Worldwide Securities Services, Citibank N.A. from 1992-1995. She holds a brokerage license and served as Director at PT Danpac Securities and Commissioner at PT Danpac Advisory from September 1995 to November 1999. She also established and served as Director at PT PDFCI Securities where she headed the Fixed Income Market Division from November 1999 to December 2001.
Currently, Maria serves as President Commissioner at PT Evergreen Capital, a position she has held since October 2001. In December 2012, she received a Doctor of Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan, and in the following year founded Universities Pelita Harapan – Institute for Economic Analysis of Law and Policy and continues to serve as its Co-Chair.
