Cuan Yuk Kaka

PT Cuan Yuk Kaka was founded in 2021 as a retail F&B company and currently operates all three Minum Yuk Kaka outlets in Jakarta through a franchise deal with the MYK parent company PT Minum Yuk Kaka.

Sindo Group worked closely with PT Cuan Yuk Kaka ever since its inception, initially aiding its co-founders in legal consultation through the MGS & Associates Law Firm and later in providing ongoing financial consultation for long term corporate management. 

In early 2022, SINDO Group’s primary holding company, PT Sindo Saripati Samudra, made a large-scale, multi stage equity injection into the Minum Yuk Kaka brand, involving investment in PT Cuan Yuk Kaka, before branching into its parent company PT Minum Yuk Kaka.
