The SINDO Group is managed by a seasoned team of finance and industry professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience in corporate banking, capital markets, and the real sector. SINDO is based Jakarta and has been gradually expanding its reach into other cities in Indonesia.
HISTORY
SINDO was founded in early 2020 as a Financial Advisory and Consultancy company to advise on the investment allocation of several family offices. In late 2020, SINDO became the prime financial advisor for multiyear strategic marketing for an Indonesian based multinational conglomerate and has become a close collaborator ever since. In 2021, SINDO started actively utilizing its channels to Family Offices to aid in Capital Raising for several companies and startups in the fields of construction, critical infrastructure, F&B, and financial services.
SINDO has now begun the genesis of a cross shareholding Corporate Group to incorporate some of its former clients as copartners, allowing SINDO to call forth a deeply experienced team of experts for a variety of different sectors and projects. Since then, SINDO has continued to actively consult on the investment allocation of half a dozen Family Offices as well as strategic acquisitions and mergers for a select group of family owned businesses with operations across Indonesia. Most recently, PT Sindo Saripati Samudra has formally become the holding company for the Sindo Corporate Group and has utilized KSP Sindo Nusa Sentosa to undergo debt based investments into corporate outlets.
