SINDO Group reviews clients’ operational, financial, and managerial performance to better advise and maximize returns on capital as well as different approaches for organizational structuring and operations optimization.

As part of our organizational structuring strategy, SINDO Group also arranges refinancing, ownership reform, and connects clients to third parties for external services.

In December 2023, Sindo embarked on a year long Business Development project to assist in the establishment of a Joint Venture between a local conglomerate and a Philippines retail management group. For this project, Sindo leveraged the expertise of its business units seamlessly. Its Legal Team assisted in PMA incorporation and licensing while its Retail Business Development Consultancy Team (consisting of several MAP Group veterans) spearheaded strategic discussions with key clients and vendors.
