In addition to Food and Beverage, the team in Sintesa have also consulted for several retail start up projects throughout the Greater Jakarta Area, bringing their diverse expertise and years of knowledge to bear to help companies create lasting brands. Recently, PT Dwi Uniko Sintesa has added a Teazzi location in Bogor to its portfolio.

Other parts of the Sindo Group regularly work together with Sintesa, including advising the company on asset acquisitions and aiding in capital raising for corporate expansion. Recently, SINDO Group’s legal team (MGS) has also been a vital collaborative partner for Sintesa, recently assisting Sintesa on the formation and application of a multi-year financial plan involving the sale of the Lowkey to Go and Ell’s Kitchen franchises to a local venture capitalist firm. Currently, PT Dwi Uniko Sintesa operates as SINDO Group’s primary F&B holding company.
