Minum Yuk Kaka

PT Minum Yuk Kaka was founded in 2020 as a retail F&B company and currently holds the master franchise rights for the Minum Yuk Kaka brand and directly operates all MYK branches in Bekasi and Tangerang.

SINDO Group worked closely with PT Minum Yuk Kaka following its collaboration with PT CYK for legal consultation through the MGS & Associates Law Firm, and has since become an instrumental partner for navigating through the intricacies of Indonesian liquor licences and approval.

In early 2022, SINDO Group’s primary holding company, PT Sindo Saripati Samudra, made a large-scale equity investment in the Minum Yuk Kaka brand, involving both PT Minum Yuk Kaka and its subsidiary PT Cuan Yuk Kaka. Since Sindo Group joined as a shareholding partner, the outlets directly managed by PT Minum Yuk Kaka have expanded their customer footprints, now supplying liquor to several restaurants and businesses, while continuing to support its franchised outlets across Jakarta.
